I tried to buy an anchor from you and you cancelled the order but took my money (via Paypal). What's up with that? I have emailed you a half dozen times and no answer. Are you trying to steel from me?

Not sure why you would think I want to steal from you. I sent back your money. I did not just cancel it. If you look at the proof from PayPal.
