Our 2nd Houseboat Show - we love seeing new and used boats

The 2010 ON WATER Houseboat Show
We just returned from the Houseboat Expo on the water at the State Dock on Lake Cumberland. It's our 2nd year for that show and we always love seeing new and old boats.
This show was smaller than last years, but with the economy and with manufactures closing like Sumerset and Skipperliner, you expect the show to take a hit, too. Love the boats that were there and appreciate the vendors.
Wish to see some like the Incolet toilet or "Fire in the Hole" as it's know on the docks. We walked the docks and a couple of the used boats had open house so you could see their boats.
Another marina, Cave Springs, had it's 1st annual open house of houseboats for sale by owner and that was great!! There was @ 15 to 20 boats open for you to explore and some sold on the spot. What a great idea, as we love going and will go again if they continue the show.
Until next years show, Reinold, Russellville, AR
Reply - AnswerWell Reinold, I'm glad that you enjoyed the show, and like you said, the economy this year surely placed a small factor. May next years show be even bigger and better...
Lastly, hopefully some of our readers and visitors will share and post comments about their houseboat show experiences.
