Houseboat Wiring Damage - any owner manuals or electrical schematic info

A sample helm of a Monticello houseboat
We just purchased a 2001 Monticello River Yacht 16 x 60 widebody that got damaged in Hurricane Irene. All the wiring is fried in the thing.
I don't have any wiring manuals or electrical schematics to help in the rebuilding of it all.
I would appreciate any & all wiring information, other miscellaneous manuals & any "words from the wise" from someone who has had experience with this type of boat and/or major rewiring projects.
I am also needing information on where to go to purchase new electric shift & throttle components.
Thank you! Gary S

Gary, sorry to hear about your difficulties in finding the different manuals. Normally I would say to contact the manufacturer, however they appear to have recently filed Chapter 7 under the bankruptcy act.
I wish I had a copy of those manuals for you, unfortunately I don't. I would think our best luck to finding them would be to ask if any of our @ 2,000 daily readers and visitors have any for you?
Lastly, hopefully some of our readers and visitors will share and post comments about their houseboat wiring manuals, experiences, and any tips.
Feel free to use the "Click here to post comments." link found near the bottom of this page.
Thanks again for sharing, IAN from all-about-houseboats
