Hide Away PWC Rails on houseboat

Does anyone have any information on PWC rails that can be flipped and hidden when not using. Winches can be removed, etc. We are purchasing a houseboat that has them, but the seller bought it to flip, and is unfamiliar as well to this system. We are also wondering how exactly the pwc gets up one the back of the house boat (obviously with winch assistance, but without hitting the back of the houseboat). I have tried finding replicas via internet and can not find anything.
