Free Place to Anchor; The canal between Tropical Shores Way and the Tennis Courts at Fort Myers Beach.

I own a canal. The canal is located in the Town Of Fort Myers Beach. It is located between Tropical Shores Way and the Tennis Courts at the Fort Myers Beach Recreation center. I would like to provide my canal as a free place to anchor for anyone who is interested. I can provide 1. The deed which transferred ownership to my land trust. 2. Letter from the DEP disclaiming any ownership interest in my canal. 3. Statutes regarding anchoring. 4. Written permission if you like.
