Is Mother Nature powerful or what? So far in 2011 there has been plenty of major weather extremes, things like floods, tornados, major snowstorms, and also some extreme cold weather snaps. I sincerely hope this newsletter finds you healthy, happy, and looking forward to some spring houseboating :)

Buying a Boat, read this first.
Buying a boat or houseboat for that matter is a great experience that should provide you with years of enjoyment. Unfortunately every year there are hundreds of folks that unknowingly buy the wrong boat, or buy a boat that wreaks financial havoc on them.
If you're stuck in the winter blues and looking for a small getaway, don't forget that the world's largest houseboat show is in March. It's a great place to spend the day or the weekend browsing or buying anything related to houseboats. Hopefully we can see you there.
