1979 Kayot 42 ft. Houseboat

Bought this little gem, late August last year and just lived with her vintage(old) charm. But, would like to make some upgrades such as bathroom vanity. I can change one out at home-no problem. Just wondering what I need to consider on a houseboat. I have questions about changing lighting, too, but will wait on that. One project at a time!
